Hanumangarh Forest Officer Attacked by Smugglers

In Hanumangarh's Pallu region, forest officer Yogesh Kumar and his team were attacked by illegal Khejri wood smugglers. After seizing a pickup truck loaded with Khejri wood, the smugglers, identified as Bhimsen Swami, Lichhiram Jat, Hanuman Swami, and Bajrang Swami, assaulted the forest personnel with iron rods and sticks, tore Yogesh Kumar's uniform, and attempted to run him over with the pickup before fleeing. The Forest Department has filed a case against the four individuals and subsequently seized two tractor-trolleys and another numberless pickup during a search operation.
