The comments, made during his speech at the event, drew criticism, after which police registered the case.Referring to Vijay’s conduct in the Assembly, Radhakrishnan said, “Brother Austin (MLA) pointed his finger at CM and asked him, ‘Won’t you open your mouth and speak?’ He looked trapped.
